YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy Policy.

Last updated: October 14, 2026

This policy explains how Linkbook (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and handles personal information when you browse the service, create an account, or manage a creator page.

Information we collect

We collect the information you provide, such as your email address, account details, creator profile information, links, and subscription details. We also use information from the social profiles you choose to claim.

When you visit Linkbook, we collect basic usage information, including page views, link clicks, event times, referring websites, and country-level location when available. Searching sends the entered handle to Linkbook so we can find matching pages.

How we use information

We use information to provide the service, manage accounts and creator pages, confirm ownership, process subscriptions, measure page performance, and help prevent fraud and misuse.

Your creator page, profile photo, handle, display name, and published links are visible to visitors. Account sign-in information and private billing records are not published on your page.

When we share information

We use service providers for functions such as ownership verification, payments, and website resources. Information needed for those services may be processed on our behalf. Payment details are handled by our payment provider; Linkbook does not store full card numbers.

Creators can see summarized visitor activity for their own pages. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to investigate misuse or protect the service and its users. We do not sell personal information.

Links on Linkbook lead to independent websites. Their own privacy policies apply once you visit them.

Cookies and analytics

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, and browser storage for visit identifiers and local settings. Our analytics measure activity on Linkbook; they do not track what you do after leaving for another website.

You can manage cookies and local storage in your browser. Blocking or clearing them may sign you out or affect features. Clearing browser storage does not delete information stored in your Linkbook account.

Linkbook does not currently change its data collection in response to a browser’s Do Not Track signal. Third-party resources, such as fonts, may receive normal connection information when your browser loads them.

Storage and security

Account information remains stored while your account exists. Verification, billing, security, and usage records may remain after account changes where needed to operate the service, address disputes, or meet legal obligations. Changing a public link does not erase those records.

We use access controls and hashed passwords to help protect account information. No website or method of storage can guarantee complete security.

Your choices and rights

You can update your creator profile and links through your account, manage your subscription, and sign out of your current session.

Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restrictions on the use of your personal information. We may need to confirm your identity before responding, and some information may need to be retained for legal, billing, or security purposes.

Children’s privacy

Linkbook is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the service, contact us so we can review the situation.

Policy updates

We may update this policy as Linkbook or its practices change. Updates will appear on this page with a revised date. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
